1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing this website, purchasing a license, or downloading and installing the CapiFlow Pro WordPress plugin ("Software", "Service", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and software.

2. Software License Grant & Restrictions

Upon purchase of a valid CapiFlow Pro license, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on the number of domains specified in your purchased tier (Starter: 1 site, Growth: 5 sites, Agency: Unlimited / specified sites).

• Domain Activation: A license key may only be activated on the number of authorized live/production domains included in the purchased plan.
• No Resale or Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or share your license key or plugin files on GPL sharing clubs, forums, or third-party marketplaces.
• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the license activation and update mechanisms.

3. Payment, Renewal & Digital Delivery

Our order process and payment processing is conducted and hosted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, a Stripe company). Lemon Squeezy handles all secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, multi-currency conversions, global sales tax and VAT compliance, and invoice issuance. By purchasing CapiFlow Pro, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service. Upon successful payment verification, your software license key and downloadable .zip archive will be delivered immediately via email and made accessible in your account dashboard.

• Annual Subscriptions: Annual licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime with zero penalty.
• Lifetime Deal (LTD): Lifetime Deals are billed as a one-time upfront payment with no recurring annual fees for the lifetime of the product version.

4. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a comprehensive 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the plugin fails to perform as advertised on your WooCommerce store and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund. Please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.

5. Self-Hosted Data Architecture & Privacy

CapiFlow Pro operates as a 100% self-hosted plugin running directly on your WordPress infrastructure. Your customer e-commerce data (orders, event payloads, PII hashes, courier API tokens) is dispatched directly from your server to Meta Graph API or local courier endpoints. CapiFlow Pro does not ingest, intercept, or store your customer order data on external cloud containers.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPIFLOW PRO, ITS DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF AD REVENUE, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR DATA LOSS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. IN ALL CASES, OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
